The initial step in any training programme is to identify what you want to achieve. This could be to take that first Road Race win, Personal Best in a Time Trial, better results in a road race, getting to the end of a tough sportive or simply improving your current level of fitness.
Yourcyclecoach can help you achieve your goals by providing a personal, structured training package.
You will start with an in-depth questionnaire and telephone consultation to establish your current level of fitness. Training history and discuss your goals further.
On-going consultation through TrainingPeaks, and messaging will determine how you are working towards these goals. They can then be fine-tuned and updated as required.
We don’t offer different levels of coaching services as everyone deserves our full support without limitations.
In-depth rider assessment to review your training history, current level of fitness and establish goals for the season
Lifestyle analysis and time planning to prepare a realistic training plan based on your time available for training
Daily training plans set a week in advance using Trainingpeaks
Premium Training Peaks account
Power based or Heart Rate based training
